Touma Village Cheese

This basic cheese is fresh-tasting, versatile, formed in a basket.

Use it in sandwiches or salads.

It is perfect as an appetizer with crackers, fresh or dried fruits.

Drizzle honey or spread jam on our farmer's cheese and stuff it into a warm piece of pita bread for breakfast or evening snack.

It may also be fried, as it holds its shape and does not melt very easily.
